In our classes, you can learn and practice Martial Arts tecnics, as well as effective fitness exercises, burning more calories than in any other anaerobic activity. Experience is not needed and any person can attend. Despite of K&B is based on Martial Arts, THERE IS NO CONTACT in the lessons, so that, it looks very attractive to the ones who their only objective is to get in shape. Moreover the training, you should be concious that a healthy diet is the beginning of all. For this reason we have a nutritionist, who helps you and supports you, having a controll periodically to review your progress.
